Stapling Fixtures

Fixtures were built for gang-stapling an insulator for a high production automobile. One fixture was for the RH side of the vehicle and the other was for the LH side. The insulators consisted of a flat, die cut section of mineral filled PVC and a piece of resinated fiber insulation. The fixtures had to align the two pieces and simultaneously staple them in the six required locations.
