Fixture for drilling and routing automotive exterior trim panels

Production fixture for drilling the required holes, routing the required slots and countersinking the holes and slots for relief for the screw heads in an injected molded, glass fiber reinforced trim panel for covering the A-pillars of a high production vehicle.  The fixture makes one LH and one RH part per cycle, has integral dust collection and must work to automotive tolerances without marring the Class A surface finish of the exposed parts of the trim panels.
